Director of Luxury Sales at Douglas Elliman | Knight Frank
Fernanda Moreno Harcha is an experienced licensed broker with deep established partnerships in some of the world’s most influential cities including Miami, Los Angeles, London and New York. Leveraging her decade-long experience in International Hospitality, she brings unparalleled, tailored client service to the industry of luxury real estate. Fernanda is well-known and well-regarded, particularly in her primary markets of Miami and New York City — known for her attention to detail, ubiquitous brand of work ethic, and most importantly, for her ability to close deals.
Born in Mexico City and of Chilean descent, Fernanda has lived and worked in the world’s most vibrant cities. After receiving her degree in Hotel Management from NYU, Fernanda managed upscale properties, such as Soho House and Morgan’s Hotel Group in cities from Oslo to Dubai.
Fernanda found early success in the real estate industry, by coupling her international experience with her expertise in client management, and introducing it to the relationship-driven, results-focused industry that is real estate. Her subsequent experiences in New York City, followed by an extensive mix of international placements, have truly shaped her cultural knowledge, and remain responsible for the honest care with which she provides her clients.
Fernanda leads the NexGen program of UNICEF in Miami, is an avid practitioner of yoga, devoted to health and wellness, and passionate about photography and travel. She is a dedicated pescetarian who loves her Border collie/Australian Shepherd rescued dog Gala.
For those who are lucky enough to work with Fernanda the distinction is quite clear: you are in the hands of an elite broker, a cut above the rest.
